 Frequently Asked Questions 1. Q: How do I become a member?A: Go to Create an Account in the upper right at the top of the page. 2. Q: Where do I go to start listing my property? A: Go to Post a FREE Listing at the top of the page. 3. Q: I forgot my password. A: If you forget your password click on Sign In at the top of the page. Click on "retrieve a lost password" and a NEW password will be sent to your e-mail address. Once you have this new password and sign in then you can click on Change Password in the menu on the right to create your own. Should you need to retrieve your password again you will be sent a NEW one each time. 4. Q: Where do I find the fee structure? A: When you click on Post a FREE Listing you will be taken to a page detailing all that is offered in both the Basic and Premium listings. In blue text toward the top of this page are the words Create My New Listings Now. This will take you to a page that outlines the fees for all the Premium listings for real estate, rentals and the business directory. 5. Q: My property information does not show up. I am getting error messages. A: Be sure to check that you have information in all required fields and that you have clicked YES beside Activate My Listing at the bottom of your software page. 6. Q: My property sold, my rental / accommodation property is no longer in operation. How do I delete my listing? A: If you decide to de-list your property send an e-mail to the Web Manager at info@amazinghomesandproperties.comand it she will delete it for you. If your property sells put a SOLD banner on it and leave it for a time to help encourage those who also have property for sale. 7. Q: What is a Premium Listing? A: A Premium Listing offers all basic listing features plus... - Display up to 24 large format photos. - Monitor listing activity with a hit counter. - Display links to your website. - Listing is rotated on homepage with a larger photo. - Listing is rotated at TOP of search results page. - Display a Google Map for your listing. PLEASE Do NOT paste from Microsoft Word. Please type directly into the provided text box(es) or paste from a plain text editor (like Windows Notepad). Pasting from Microsoft Word may cause strange characters to appear in your listing text. |
