After that you have Tracadie 35 min., Miramichi 70 min. and Bathurst 70 min. (Air Canada fly to Bathurst). Extras Property taxes are about $360/year if it is your primary residence or about $720/year if it is your secondary residence. Electricity is about $2000/year living there year round (heating in winter and A/C in summer).
